Sales employee

We are looking for a SALES OFFICER in addition to the staff of the Jack Wolfskin Store in Livigno. The employee will have the following tasks: - Welcoming, assisting customers during the purchasing process; - Managing sales aimed at achieving sales targets and customer loyalty; - Problem solving for customer purchasing issues; - Managing the warehouse and inventory; - Displaying and setting up shop windows and articles in the shop in accordance with company directives; - Labelling and pricing articles; - Managing the till, opening and closing the shop in the absence of the Store Manager; - Maintaining order, cleanliness and decorum of the shop and fitting rooms. The following is required: - A diploma or degree in humanities or economics. - Experience in shop sales and knowledge of sales techniques. - Constant training on processes and products; - Strong skills of integration in a team and collaboration with colleagues. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Organisational and problem-solving skills, availability and flexibility. - An approach to work characterised by seriousness, precision and reliability. - Proficiency in the use of computers (MS Office package, shop management programmes, reporting). - Knowledge (not scholastic) of English and German, written and spoken.
